Good park. Lots of seasonal. Has the potential to be a very good place to camp. Owners seem to be very active in improving the park.

Great park , ocean view Etc. Clean rest rooms, showers, large playground large pool indoor an outdoors. Only one negative issue, I inquired about bringing my own handicap golf cart and was told that it would have to be inspected by their staff ( I agree with that) However I was told that I would still have to pay $ 30.00 per day in order to use it in their park. I found that to be very unfair to handicap people who need this form of transportation.

Roads condition very poor. Very very dusty roads. Some seasonal residents have to cover their cars to keep the dust off. Don't try to ride a bike, very unsafe roads, too many pot holes. I don't know how they got the 5 star rating. Restrooms in park, a total disaster. No handicap facilities.
